Pricing questions
How much does it cost to clone a video?
One credit is one second of finished video. A 30-second clone uses 30 credits, which is $7.46 to $9.50 depending on the plan or pack.
What happens if a generation fails?
A video that does not pass quality checks is not delivered and its credits are returned to your balance.
Am I charged for retakes?
No. Shots that are regenerated automatically to pass quality checks are not charged. You pay for the seconds of the finished video.
Do I need a monthly plan?
No. Monthly plans give the lowest price per second and can be cancelled at any time. One-time packs are available if you prefer not to subscribe.
What does setting up a presenter cost?
Creating a presenter is a one-time charge of 30 credits. After that the presenter is reused in every video at no extra cost.
